Michael Ferrara began his career in Real Estate when he was 19 years old by interning at SMK Management, a real estate company with over 900 apartment units. After graduating from Indiana University with a B.S in Management, he began working full time for Colliers International L.I. Inc. in the Investment Sales Division. Within his first three years at Colliers, he successfully negotiated and closed numerous sales transactions. Michael’s understanding of the real estate market led him to join Highcap Group in 2011 as an Investment Sales Associate. Some of Michael's noteworthy transactions include 69-73 Greene Street in SoHo for $33 million and 133 Mulberry Street in Little Italy for $22.25 million.
